Our senior management team includes John S. Chalsty, former Chairman of Donaldson Lufkin and Jenrette (DLJ) and Vice Chairman of The New York Stock Exchange who serves as Chairman of Muirfield Capital. Geoff Stern is the President of Muirfield and is one of the founders of DLJ's Mergers & Acquisitions group; Francis Chu serves as Muirfield's Research Director and Co-Portfolio Manager for Non-Directional Strategies, Vince DeGiaimo, Chief Financial and Administrative officer, served in a similar capacity in DLJ's investment banking division; and Craig Brownell, Principal, has been an investment professional for the past 20 years at firms including GAM, Franklin Templeton and Sanford Bernstein.
